DLI Launches Statewide Licensed Contractor Awareness Campaign

CMBA joined with BAM and others in urging the State Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) to use some of its Contractor Recovery Fund to help raise consumer awareness about the importance of working with licensed builders. DLI just launched the awareness campaign:

DLI's Construction Codes and Licensing Division has launched a consumer awareness campaign that aims to educate Minnesotans about the importance of hiring licensed contractors. It includes ads in newspapers and on billboards, commercials on radio, search engine ads via Google and Bing, online ads, as well as ads on social media sites, such as Facebook and Instagram. Instagram post
