  • Approved: Introduction to 2021 Proposed Enterprise Funds Budget  NOTE:  Sewer and Water fees, including SAC/WAC, are set to increase in 2021, the third year of a previously approved 5-year set of annual rate increases.  SAC/WAC fees increase from $2,650 in 2020, to $2,800 in 2021.
